We have a hornet nest inside the eaves on our deck. The lock on the front door came out and they wouldn't come fix it for over a month. the garbage disposal has backed up severly on a couple of occations (that would be our fault but they never replaced the disposal like they said they would so it broke again right after). All of the appliances are to old and don't like to work right. The hot water only lasts a couple of minutes in the shower. The management is unfriendly and very hard to deal with. I don't have a big problem with maintnance, I feel bad for him, the only maintnance guy they have is a older guy who has to care for 300 units as well as a pool by himself. In conclusion, I wouldn't wish this place on anybody!!!
