Starting with day 1 (no joke) I will never forget my first day here I parked akwardly far away, not a big deal at the time. Well the lot I parked in was getting re-painted and a notice was given to all residents except me. Needless to say they towed my car. Fortunatly they paid me back to get the car out. However my car was towed again this time my fault (my tags were expired) At no point did they even notify me that this was a problem. My car had been threatened twice to be towed for other minor reasons. Now for the seriousgripe. What management admits to having really bad parking conditions and enforces the most strict parking policies. I have never had my car towed at any apartments I've ever lived in untill here. They do systematic sweeps to ensure parking is in order and they do not hesitate to tow without any notice. The biggest problem here is parking. It is an absolute nightmare especially if you get off work or come home from shopping after 6:00pm you will be parking a great distance away. I had to park off property almost every day. Not even in the complex. Again the property is clean but the parking is consistantly bad.
